This is the famous 'Char Bhag ka Rela'. A Rela is a short composition in Tabla, played at a relatively fast speed. It comprises of a main theme, which is followed by variations (vistar or paltas).
'Char' literally means four and 'Bhag' means section. This rela set to 16 beats has four sections, each having a phrase being played four times. Practice of this rela is ery helpful in gaining speed and clarity over some of the commonly used phrases of Tabla.
